Kitchen Renovations

Design Process

Step 1

Get your estimate
A ballpark estimate is provided in showroom or over the phone. This estimate is based on an existing sketch or room dimensions.

Step 2

In Home Consultation
If your initial estimate is in line with your budget, then we schedule a time for an in home visit. At this meeting our designer, accompanied by one of our licensed contractor partners will perform a detailed evaluation of your space.
It's a great opportunity to discuss what you dislike about your current space, and what can be done to transform it. A detailed measure will be performed, and the contractor will review the space for possible issues.

Step 3

Design consultation in Showroom
Meet with us at our showroom where we help you visualize your design by using computer aided design tools to simulate the finished room. During this phase we create a detailed price projection on materials and review the contractor's labor quote in detail. If you decide to go forward with us we request a small deposit on material provided. Copies of your drawings will be given to you for your review. Samples may be checked out and you are given a listing of our vendors for product selections such as: appliances, tile, countertops and lighting.

Step 4

Contractors Return Visit
During this part of the process, our contractor returns to take a closer look at your space, verifying measurements, checking walls and soffits and evaluating any possible construction issues.

Step 5

Final Design Approval and Remodeling Schedule
At this stage you return to the showroom to finalize your design and material selections. A project schedule will also be created that outlines any remaining selection deadlines, material deliveries and installation dates.
